Monster Energy Distribution Facility

This ground-up distribution center located in Riverside County includes an expansive 1.1 million-square-foot building with associated parking lots, cross-dock configured loading docks, drive ramps and a detention basin all on the 48-acre site.

This distribution center includes Monster-branded offices and space for their Events Team. The structure was built to accommodate the expansive growth of Monster’s distribution in the region. Monster Beverage Corporation is based in the nearby city of Corona, California.

Vans Outdoor

VF Outdoor launched a ground-up and Build-to-Suit, west coast distribution facility, utilizing state-of-the-art material handling and automatic sortation and retrieval system (ASRS). At 1.2 million square feet, VF’s operations are the largest of its 46 in Ontario, Calif. The DC is capable of shipping 76 million units annually and will employ approximately 550 people during peak periods.

Initially, the DC will service the Vans and The North Face brands, with the capability to add more VF banners in the future. The state-of-the-art facility’s automated systems, implemented in partnership with Vanderlande Industries, will allow it to ship 485,000 units per day, providing next-day ecommerce fulfillment for consumers in California, Nevada, Arizona and southern Utah.

Dollar Tree Distribution Center

Dollar Tree’s distribution center in San Bernardino, CA specializes in the distribution of various products for the Dollar Tree retail chain and plays a key role in ensuring timely delivery of merchandise to Dollar Tree stores across the region.

The building is 448,000 square feet, servicing 270 stores. The Dollar Tree west coast distribution facility is part of a multi-building assemblage of six buildings amounting to 2.05ML SF on 103 acres. All buildings are LEED Core & Shell certified and the Dollar Tree distribution center is LEED Silver Certified.

Behr Process Corp Polymer Synthesis Lab

Behr Process is an interior tenant improvement, including polymer synthesis lab, with fume hoods, laboratory equipment, new offices as well as an electrical service upgrade.

Labs like this include the synthesis of polymeric materials, emphasizing interrelationships of chemical pathways, process conditions, and microarchitecture of molecules produced. Chemical pathways include traditional approaches such as anionic polymerization, radical condensation, and ring-opening polymerizations.

American Fruit and Flavors Food-grade beverage manufacturing

Opened in Q3 of 2024, American Fruit and Flavors new San Fernando California facility features all new state of the art flavor and juice manufacturing, supported by operations, production, quality and R&D teams all under one roof. The facility is being built from the ground up on an eight-acre parcel in San Fernando, CA, just 10 minutes from their current Pacoima location.

This 185,000+ square foot facility allows American Fruits and Flavors to continue to grow and expand at record levels over the coming years. With the increased automation and capacity, American Fruit and Flavors will have expanded, optimized and streamlined domestic production.

Southern California Costal Water Research Project Molecular Lab

The Southern California Coastal Water Research Project (SCCWRP) is an aquatic sciences research and development institute that works to improve management of aquatic systems in Southern California and beyond. The Molecular lab remodel including laminar fume hoods, specialized function rooms and approximately 65 pieces of process-specific equipment.

The project included new room pressurization control valves, dp sensor and reheat system to maintain temperature and pressure, new roof mounted VAV HVAC unit and high efficiency filters for a “clean” environment, and freezer room improvements (approximately 1405 sq. ft.) includes freezer room containing 7 freezers and separate washroom with racking, hood and sink.
