As President for Apex Project Consulting, Inc., Tom Conzelman provides project leadership for commercial, industrial and retail projects both locally and across the United States. The breadth of Mr. Conzelman’s background spans ground-up core and shell projects, real estate development entitlements, first and second-generation interior tenant improvements, technically complex building systems installation, relocations, specialized controlled environments, third-party tenant consultation, and other related consultancy services.

The diversity of assignments have included LEED Core & Shell certification, specialized permit approvals, governmental advocacy, logistics and material work flow integration, data-center power distribution, “Lean” manufacturing implementation, and architectural and engineering administration. Mr. Conzelman’s PMP® and LEAN Six Sigma credentials provide an added dimension of process sophistication and cost savings.
